I've been solving problems in the digital space for over 20 years, consulting on a variety of topics including Digital Transformation, D2C Commerce, Conversion Rate Optimization, User Experience and Usability. I bring a plethora of first-hand, award-winning successes to the table, stretching across many diverse industry verticals.

I believe so strongly in delivering beautiful solutions that are a pleasure to use, that I lead the UX Design Program at George Brown Polytechnic in Toronto, sharing my knowledge and expertise with the next generation of designers. I also feel strongly that a robust business acumen is paramount to entrepreneurial success, and hold the position of Professor in the Center for Business's Project Management Post-Graduate Program at George Brown Polytechnic.
